I am available for both in-person and virtual appointments.
If you are an existing client or patient and you haven’t had an appointment with my new practice, you will need to register as if you are a new patient but you will still be able to schedule your appointment as a follow-up appointment.
If you are a new client or patient, please make sure to fill out intake paperwork prior to your appointment.
